The ocean, an essential habitat for our lives and well-being, is under unprecedented anthropogenic threat, with maritime traffic being one of the main threats affecting this ecosystem.
In the last 20 years, the ocean has become the main storage reservoir for atmospheric co2, capturing more than 30% of the excess co2 released by humans since the industrial era.
At Monaco Ocean Week, we bring together a select variety of experts and leaders from diverse disciplines who share a common passion for the preservation and study of our oceans. Our panelists are internationally recognized for their expertise and commitment to marine sustainability.
